A source at the Kirkuk Police Command announced the arrest of a man who brutalized a dog to death.
Police Chief Major General Kawa Gharib said: “After circulating a clip, the identity of the accused was identified and he was arrested by Al-Miqdad Police Station detachments. His statements were ratified and he was arrested in accordance with Article (483) of the Code.”
