King Saud University, Austria’s IMC Krems University Sign Cooperation MoU

Riyadh: King Saud University has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for academic collaboration with IMC Krems University of Applied Sciences, a leading institution renowned for its focus on tourism, hospitality, and business studies. The MoU was signed by Vice President for Educational and Academic Affairs at King Saud University Mohammed Al-Numay and the CEO of IMC Krems University of Applied Sciences, Udo Braendle, at the university's headquarters in Krems. The signing ceremony was attended by the Cultural Attaché, Mohammed Abdulwahhab Baashen, at Saudi Arabia's Embassy in Austria. This agreement is a pivotal component of King Saud University's new strategic plan and forward-looking vision, reflecting its significant transformations. Moreover, it is aligned with Saudi Vision 2030 and the aspirations of His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, to position King Saud University as a global leader among u niversities by 2030. The vision underscores a novel approach to international engagements, fostering diversified global partnerships that enrich various academic disciplines supported by the university. These partnerships serve as catalysts for achieving the overarching vision, which stands as a cornerstone of the university's commitment to shaping the future of generations within the Kingdom.
