Riyadh: The King Abdulaziz Royal Reserve Development Authority concluded its participation in the National History Lab exhibition organized by the King Abdulaziz Foundation (Darah) from January 26 to 28, at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University in Riyadh.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the event aimed to support youth in preserving historical heritage and national identity through innovative and sustainable methods, empowering them with the necessary skills to contribute to the Kingdom’s history, heritage preservation, and national identity.

Through its participation, the authority aimed to introduce the reserve, its natural components, historical heritage, and biodiversity. It also sought to highlight its roles, initiatives, and accomplishments in alignment with the environmental targets of Saudi Vision 2030, which aims to raise awareness about the importance of preserving natural resources, cultural heritage, and history to ensure their sustainability for current and future generations. This participation facilitated the exchange of experiences among participating entities and showcased modern technologies for promoting and protecting national heritage.

The National History Lab is a national event blending innovation and history. It included guidance sessions, workshops, and lectures that led to the development of innovative projects to protect national heritage and showcased technological solutions for preserving the Kingdom’s historical heritage.
