Kazakh President Arrives in Riyadh for One Water Summit.

RIYADH: President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev of Kazakhstan and his accompanying delegation arrived in Riyadh today to participate in the One Water Summit. Upon his arrival at King Khalid International Airport, President Tokayev was received by the Deputy Governor of Riyadh Region, Prince Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Abdulaziz; the Mayor of Riyadh Region, Prince Dr Faisal bin Abdulaziz bin Ayyaf; the Saudi Ambassador to Kazakhstan, Faisal Al-Qahtani; the Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Saudi Arabia, Madiyar Menilbekov; and several senior officials.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the One Water Summit is a significant event aimed at addressing global water issues and fostering collaboration among nations to develop sustainable solutions. The summit provides a platform for leaders and experts to exchange ideas and strategies to ensure water security and management. President Tokayev’s participation underscores Kazakhstan’s commitment to participating in global discussions on water sustainability and enhancing bilateral
relations with Saudi Arabia.
