Madinah: The Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance, represented by its branch in the Madinah Region, announced the success of the exceptional operational plan implemented to manage crowds and organize the movement of worshippers in major mosques during the night of the completion of the Holy Quran recitation in Tahajjud prayer. This plan was part of an integrated system of field and organizational services that contributed to providing a safe and reassuring spiritual atmosphere for worshippers.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the ministry's branch highlighted that the operational plan facilitated smooth entry and exit flows for worshippers. It organized prayer areas inside mosques and their courtyards by intensifying field efforts and directing worshippers to designated locations. This ensured the optimal use of the full capacity of mosques and surrounding areas while reducing congestion.
Efforts in maintenance, operation, and cleaning were enhanced before and after prayers, which contributed to raising readiness levels within the mosques. Additionally, facilities were prepared, and the efficiency of sound, air conditioning, and lighting systems was ensured. This provided an environment that helped worshippers perform their rituals in an atmosphere of tranquility and devotion.
