Bishkek: The National Agency for Religious Affairs and Interethnic Relations under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic announced the awarding of the 2025 award of service to the Holy Quran to Minister of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance Sheikh Dr. Abdullatif Al Alsheikh, in recognition of his outstanding efforts in serving the Holy Quran.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the announcement was made during the closing ceremony honoring the winners of the third national competition for memorization of the Holy Quran for boys and girls, held today in the Kyrgyz Republic.
The Kyrgyz National News Agency noted that awarding this honor to the minister is a gesture of appreciation from the Kyrgyz government for his exceptional contributions to encouraging young Muslims to memorize the Holy Quran, reflect on its meanings, and live by its guidance.
