Human Capability Development Program Discusses Future of Work and AI Skills at UNESCO Forum

Riyadh: The Human Capability Development Program organized a panel discussion on the impact of artificial intelligence on jobs and skills as part of the UNESCO Global Forum on the Ethics of Artificial Intelligence 2026, hosted by the Kingdom in Riyadh.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the session was held in partnership with the International Labour Organization (ILO) and focused on understanding labor market transformations driven by AI, the resulting shifts in required skills, and the implications for education and training systems.

Discussions explored how skills development systems can align emerging skill needs with education, training, and professional standards to enhance human capability readiness for AI-related changes.
