Turaif: The National Center for Meteorology issued a warning Sunday of heavy rain accompanied by strong winds, hail, flash floods, lightning strikes, and near-zero visibility in Turaif Governorate in Northern Borders Region.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the center said the weather condition is expected to start Monday morning and continue until 10 p.m. the same day.
