Riyadh: A heat wave is set to impact parts of the Eastern and Madinah regions, with surface winds expected in these areas, as well as in Northern Borders, Al-Jouf, Tabuk, Makkah, and Riyadh regions. Thunderstorms are anticipated in parts of Jazan, Aseer, and Al-Baha regions, extending to the southern highlands of the Makkah Region.
According to Saudi Press Agency, winds over the Red Sea will range from northwesterly to northerly in the northern and central parts at speeds of 20-45 km/h, and from northwesterly to westerly in the southern part at speeds of 10-32 km/h. Wave heights will vary from half a meter to two meters, with the sea remaining relatively calm.
In the Arabian Gulf, winds will be westerly to northwesterly in the northern and central parts, and northwesterly to southwesterly in the southern part at speeds of 10-35 km/h. Wave heights may range from half a meter to one and a half meters, with the sea expected to be relatively calm.
