Jeddah: Hayy Cinema, an Art Jameel initiative, has launched a special cultural and entertainment program in Jeddah running until July 6, offering an interactive cinematic experience designed to evoke childhood memories and strengthen cultural bonds between generations.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the program is designed for families and fans of children’s content, featuring daily screenings of classic Arab cartoons that have left a lasting impression on viewers. Screenings are held twice a day, complemented by engaging artistic activities inspired by the films.
Hayy Cinema provides a unique approach to film presentation, moving beyond traditional formats. Its facilities include a 168-seat theater, a private screening room, a multimedia library, and an educational exhibition, all designed with architectural inspiration drawn from the history of Gulf cinema.
