Makkah: Hajj security forces detained five Afghan residents for violating Hajj regulations and instructions after they attempted to enter Makkah on foot through a desert area without a Hajj permit. They were detained, and legal action was taken against them.

According to Saudi Press Agency, Public Security urged everyone to comply with Hajj regulations and instructions and report violators by calling 911 in Makkah, Madinah, Riyadh and Eastern regions, and 999 in the rest of the Kingdom.
