According to Saudi Press Agency, participants emphasized the growing role of artificial intelligence in analyzing crowd movement, predicting density, and accelerating field response. They also noted that AI and big data analytics help forecast health conditions, optimize resource management, and improve service delivery.

The session underscored the importance of leveraging advanced technologies to enhance health and security services for pilgrims, improve the Hajj experience, and ensure higher levels of safety and service quality.
