According to Saudi Press Agency, Lieutenant General Al-Bassami made these remarks at the Grand Hajj Symposium, which focused on the evolution of crowd management strategies during Hajj. The symposium also explored the significance of modern technologies and command-and-control centers in aiding security decision-making and optimizing field performance.
