According to Saudi Press Agency, the cluster's medical infrastructure at the rally includes specialized clinics for general medicine, dentistry, and cardiology. To promote long-term public health, the site also features mobile units for bone density and breast cancer screening, seasonal influenza vaccination, and public awareness programs.

A dedicated team of 57 healthcare practitioners is working around the clock throughout the rally, underscoring the Hail Health Cluster's commitment to supporting major national events with integrated medical services that prioritize community well-being and elevate the Kingdom's standing as a host for international competitions.
