Gusty Winds and Thunderclouds Expected in Several Regions

Riyadh: Gusty and dust-stirring winds are anticipated to sweep through parts of Eastern, Riyadh, Qassim, Hail, Tabuk, Madinah, and Makkah regions on Sunday. Thunderclouds accompanied by winds are expected to form over the highlands of Jazan, Aseer, Al-Baha, and Makkah regions.

According to Saudi Press Agency, winds over the Red Sea will vary in direction and speed. In the northern and central parts, winds will be northwesterly to northerly at speeds of 15-40 km/h, while in the southern part, winds will shift to northwesterly to westerly at 12-30 km/h. Wave heights will range from half a meter to two meters, indicating relatively calm sea conditions.

In the Arabian Gulf, northwesterly to northerly winds are expected at speeds ranging from 20-40 km/h. Waves are predicted to reach heights of one to two meters, and the sea will remain relatively calm.
