According to Saudi Press Agency, online booking is recommended for individuals over 65. If they are unable to do so, they can utilize the service points at the mosque. This move aims to streamline the booking process and enhance the overall experience for visitors.

People with disabilities can directly access the golf cart service points free of charge, without requiring an online reservation. The authority emphasized the importance of arriving on time with both a ticket and ID to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
