Damascus: The Secretary General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), Jasem Albudaiwi, has condemned the terrorist bombing that targeted a church in Damascus, Syrian Arab Republic, resulting in the deaths of several civilians and injuring many others.

According to Saudi Press Agency, Albudaiwi reaffirmed the GCC’s unwavering stance of solidarity with the leadership and people of Syria. He expressed full support for their efforts to combat terrorism, which poses a threat to the country’s security and stability. Albudaiwi also extended his condolences to the families of the victims and wished a swift recovery for those injured.
