Riyadh: Secretary-General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Jasem Albudaiwi condemned the treacherous Iranian attacks targeting the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, underscoring that the continuation of these attacks constitutes a direct threat to the security and stability of the region.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the GCC secretary-general stressed that the GCC categorically rejects any aggression that infringes upon the sovereignty of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan or jeopardizes its security and the safety of its people, affirming the full solidarity of the GCC member states with Jordan and standing firmly by its side to ensure the protection of its security, stability, and territorial integrity.
