Riyadh: Secretary-General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Jasem Albudaiwi received Minister of State at the Federal Foreign Office of the Federal Republic of Germany Serap Gler at the General Secretariat headquarters.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the meeting focused on Gulf-German relations, with discussions centered on exploring ways to develop and enhance these ties to serve mutual interests. Both parties exchanged views on the latest regional developments.

Albudaiwi also conveyed his appreciation to the German minister of state for Germany's and the European Union's position alongside the GCC states against Iranian attacks.
