Doha: Minister of Foreign Affairs Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah participated on Tuesday in the 49th Extraordinary Meeting of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Ministerial Council, held in Doha, Qatar. The meeting focused on addressing pressing issues impacting the region.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the discussions centered on the Iranian aggression against the State of Qatar. The ministers reviewed the regional developments that have emerged as a result of this aggression and assessed their broader security implications for the Gulf region. The meeting aimed to formulate a coordinated response to ensure stability and security among GCC member states.
