First Departure Flights for Pilgrims of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques’ Program Commence

Medina: The first departure flights for guests of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques' Program for Hajj, Umrah, and Visit have begun as pilgrims started leaving on Tuesday after successfully completing the Hajj rituals for 1447 AH.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the pilgrims departed from Prince Mohammed bin Abdulaziz International Airport, heading back to their home countries after experiencing a spiritually enriching journey. The program included prayers at the Prophet's Mosque, paying respects to Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), and praying in Al-Rawdah Al-Sharifah. The program's committees meticulously supervised the entire process, ensuring comprehensive care and support from arrival to departure.

The pilgrims' visit was further enriched by cultural, educational, and enrichment programs and visits to historical and cultural landmarks in Makkah and Madinah. These activities were designed to enhance their spiritual and cultural experience while showcasing the Kingdom's efforts in serving Islam and Muslims and caring for the Two Holy Mosques and their visitors.

The guests acknowledged the care provided by the Kingdom's leadership, expressing appreciation for the warm reception, organization, and comprehensive services, including healthcare, accommodation, transportation, and pilgrim grouping. They also noticed the ongoing development projects in Makkah and Madinah aimed at serving pilgrims, Umrah performers, and visitors.

The guests extended their gratitude to the Saudi leadership for the invitation to perform Hajj, commending the Kingdom's ongoing efforts in serving Islam and Muslims.
