This initiative is designed to improve their efficiency in performing volunteer tasks and elevate the quality of services provided to female visitors.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the initiative aims to enhance the volunteers' field knowledge and acquaint them with volunteer tracks, tasks, and responsibilities. It also includes familiarization with the regulations and instructions that govern their work, aiming to boost performance quality and readiness for fieldwork.
The program comprises various training and practical components, such as an introduction to volunteer tracks and assigned tasks, alongside relevant regulations and instructions.
