Education, Media Ministries Unveil ‘Media Talents School’ Registration Platform

Madinah: The ministries of education and media today launched the registration platform for the 'Media Talents School,' which will begin its first phase in Madinah. The initiative aims to identify media talent among first-year secondary school students and develop their capabilities. It also seeks to prepare a generation with the skills needed to compete and contribute to the development of the media sector, in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.

According to Saudi Press Agency, registration is available through the following platform: Media Talents School Registration. The school follows the public-school model while incorporating specialized media programs. The national curriculum is taught during the regular school day, while specialized media programs are offered after school hours under the supervision of the ministries of media and education. The model combines knowledge, innovation, and practical application, aligning academic education with professional requirements.

The school provides an applied media learning environment with training rooms and photography, audio, and editing studios. It also includes laboratories for journalistic content creation and digital media production.

The launch builds on the expansion of specialized schools for talented students. It aims to develop national talent that combines academic excellence with media training while meeting the needs of the media sector and the future labor market.
