Diriyah: As part of its ongoing efforts to empower and upskill the Diriyah community, Diriyah Company has announced the launch of the fifth edition of the Diriyah Graduate Development Program, designed to equip young local talent with essential skills and knowledge, enabling them to contribute to the transformation of Diriyah and the Kingdom.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the program aligns with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030 by focusing on personal and professional development while fostering a strong connection to the values of Diriyah. It offers graduates a unique educational experience, enhanced through collaboration with top experts, consultants, and management institutes. The program is specifically tailored for bachelor’s and master’s graduates with no more than one year of experience, allowing participants to build their behavioral and technical skills and paving the way for strong career prospects in a dynamic work environment.
A comprehensive development journey is core to the Diriyah Graduate Development Program, which includes competitive monthly stipends, housing and transportation allowances, health insurance, and social insurance registration. Participants will also have access to secondments with leading consulting firms, exclusive international training at renowned educational institutions, and paid annual leave.
Since its launch, the program has benefited 101 graduates, with nearly 30,000 applications received over the past four editions. Participants gain hands-on experience by rotating through key departments such as finance, marketing, human resources, legal affairs, and governance. They also receive specialized training in high-demand fields like data management, cybersecurity, and risk management.
The fifth edition of the Diriyah Graduate Development Program reflects Diriyah Company’s continued commitment to Saudi Vision 2030 and its mission to position Diriyah as a global destination for heritage and culture. Diriyah is home to offices, cultural and artistic venues, sports and entertainment spaces, luxury hotels, historical sites, museums, and educational facilities.
