Al-khafji: The search and rescue teams from the Border Guard in Al-Khafji Governorate, Eastern Region, rescued a Gulf citizen whose boat broke down at sea and provided him with the necessary assistance.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the General Directorate of Border Guard urged beachgoers and sea users to comply with maritime safety guidelines and instructions, ensure their vessels are seaworthy before setting sail, and wear life jackets.

It also called on those in need of assistance during emergencies to contact 911 in Makkah, Madinah, Riyadh, and Eastern regions, and 994 in other regions of the Kingdom.
