Makkah: The General Directorate of Border Guard held maritime parades across the regions of Makkah, Madinah, Tabuk, Aseer, and Jazan to mark the Day of the Seafarer 2026, observed annually on June 25.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the events featured flyboard performances, multi-purpose vessels, hovercraft, and an awareness corner highlighting the directorate's efforts to promote maritime safety and raise awareness of maritime regulations and instructions.
