Riyadh: The Arab League has issued a strong condemnation of the Houthi militia's ongoing assaults on Saudi Arabia, highlighting recent incidents including a ballistic missile launch targeting the capital, Riyadh, and attempts to strike several other locations within the Kingdom.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the General Secretariat of the Arab League labeled these actions as a significant and unacceptable escalation, infringing on Saudi Arabia's sovereignty, security, and territorial integrity. The League emphasized that such attacks place civilians in danger, increase regional tensions, and jeopardize security and stability in the area.

In its statement, the Arab League reaffirmed its unwavering support for Saudi Arabia, endorsing the measures the Kingdom has undertaken to safeguard its security, sovereignty, and the well-being of its citizens and residents. The organization underscored that the security of Saudi Arabia is a fundamental component of the broader Arab national security framework.

The General Secretariat has called for an immediate cessation of these attacks, urging all parties to avoid further escalation and to respect Saudi Arabia's sovereignty and territorial integrity in compliance with international law.
