The Minister of Transport, Razzaq Muhibis Al-Saadawi, will visit Turkey at the end of this month, to meet with his Turkish counterpart, to discuss the railway link between the two countries.

A statement by the Ministry of Transport stated that Minister of Transport, Razzaq Muhibis Al-Saadawi, met today, Monday, with the Turkish Ambassador, Alireza Konay, to discuss a number of important issues and files in the transport sector between the two countries, on top of which is the new strategic development road project in the country.

During the meeting, according to the statement, they discussed the path of relations between the two countries, and work to strengthen them, especially in the field of transport, in a manner that guarantees the interests of the two friendly countries and peoples.

The statement continued: "The Minister reviewed the development of the work and the executive steps in the development road project and the stages of actually starting its implementation, referring to the readiness, preparation and preparation for holding the next development road project conference in Baghdad at the level of transport Ministers of neighboring countries and the region."

The statement added that the Minister will visit Turkey at the end of this month and meet with the Turkish Minister of Transport to discuss the railway link between the two countries.
