Sharurah: Dedicated volunteers at the Al-Wadiah border crossing in Sharurah Governorate, Najran Region, play a vital role in assisting pilgrims. This year, the crossing will welcome over 18,000 Yemeni pilgrims.
According to Saudi Press Agency, with more than 300 volunteers contributing over 25,000 hours, they provide essential services to the pilgrims, including older people and people with disabilities. They also distribute Hajj gift packages and serve meals and beverages.
Government entities collaborate with local charity organizations to organize volunteer efforts, showcasing Saudi generosity and hospitality during the Hajj season.
