Al-Araji Calls For Consolidating The Concept Of Societal Peace And Rejecting Extremism And Hate Speech

National Security Advisor Qassim Al-Araji called for consolidating the concept of societal peace and rejecting extremism and hate speech.

The Chancellery stated in a statement: “Al-Araji met in his office with the Yemeni ambassador in Baghdad, Al-Khader Ahmed Marmesh.”

Al-Araji discussed with the Yemeni ambassador the strengthening of fraternal relations between the two countries and the two brotherly peoples, as well as the strengthening of security and intelligence cooperation in the field of combating terrorism and exchanging information.

Al-Araji expressed Iraq's aspiration for brotherly Yemen to regain its health and its role among its brothers, noting that Iraq regained its security and stability after its people confronted the largest terrorist attack, calling for consolidating the concept of societal peace and rejecting extremism and hate speech, which has brought nothing but woes to countries and peoples.
