Riyadh: Acting Vice Minister of Interior Prince Dr. Abdulaziz bin Mohammed bin Ayyaf launched today the Ministry of Interior's Comprehensive Service Centers System on the sidelines of the World Defense Show 2026 in Riyadh.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the Comprehensive Service Centers System aims to enable citizens, residents, and visitors to access services provided by the ministry's sectors in a single location by reorganizing and managing service delivery operations under one roof. This contributes to improving service quality and accelerating completion in accordance with the highest approved standards.
The system seeks to achieve several objectives, most notably activating self-service centers supported by electronic services, enabling access to the contact center, ensuring consistency in service quality, providing roaming representatives in reception and self-service areas, and facilitating access to inquiry offices.
The launch of the system comes as part of the Ministry of Interior's efforts to enhance the beneficiary experience, improve performance efficiency, and elevate the level of services provided, in line with digital transformation targets and quality-of-life improvement objectives.
