Al-ruqai: Acting Director General of Passports Maj. Gen. Dr. Saleh bin Saad Al-Murabba inspected passport operations at Al-Ruqai border crossing and reviewed services provided to pilgrims to facilitate entry procedures with ease and convenience.

According to Saudi Press Agency, Maj. Gen. Al-Murabba stressed the importance of delivering services with high efficiency and exerting all efforts to serve pilgrims. He noted that these efforts reflect the Kingdom's care for pilgrims and its commitment to facilitating their journey from the moment they arrive.
