Taiz, The Prosthetics Center's Project in Taiz Governorate, Yemen, has continued providing medical services for Yemeni people who lost their limbs, backed by King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief).

During June 2021, the project provided 1,694 prosthetics medical services for 1,010 beneficiaries.

This is one of the KSrelief's humanitarian project that has a sustainable impact in helping many people.

Dushanbe, Under the directives of King Salman bin Abdulaziz, an in-kind medical aid shipment worth $500,000 arrived in Tajikistan from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, through the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief), to contribute to the fight against the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, including masks, gloves, and medical protective clothing.

The Saudi Ambassador to Tajikistan, Walid Al-Rushaidan, handed over the shipment to the government of Tajikistan, in the presence of Deputy Minister of Health and Social Welfare Shadi Jamshid, and several officials from the two countries Ministries of Health and Foreign Affairs and the Tajik media, at the embassy's headquarters, in Dushanbe.

Ambassador Al-Rushaidan stressed that the generous directives stem from the Kingdom's keenness to help friendly countries confront COVId-19, constant cooperation and coordination, especially in the health sector and the strong relations between the two states.

The Deputy Minister of Health valued the projects and assistance provided by the Kingdom through KSrelief in Tajikistan, praising the historical relations that unite the two friendly countries, adding that the Kingdom has a leading role in providing humanitarian and relief assistance to various parts of the world, which has earned it this global prestige.

The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, since the beginning of the pandemic, has provided several medical and preventive equipment to various countries across the world to support international efforts to combat the COVID-19 and reduce its risks.
