Riyadh: Minister of Investment Khalid Al-Falih announced that 1,238 international investors have obtained Premium Residency (Investor Residency) during the 28th World Investment Conference held in Riyadh from November 25 to 27. The conference serves as a global platform for dialogue among leaders and major investors worldwide.
According to Saudi Press Agency, Al-Falih emphasized that Premium Residency is crucial in attracting foreign investments by streamlining processes for investors and enhancing their access to the Kingdom’s lucrative opportunities. This initiative is aimed at bolstering Saudi Arabia’s position as a leading global investment destination.
Al-Falih highlighted that Premium Residency strengthens Saudi Arabia’s investment ecosystem by drawing investors from various economic sectors, allowing them to take advantage of competitive benefits. This initiative aligns with Saudi Vision 2030 by contributing to the national economy through job creation, knowledge transfer, and expertise exchange.

e Premium Residency Center offers seven types of residencies: Special Talent Residency, Gifted Residency, Investor Residency, Entrepreneur Residency, Real Estate Owner Residency, Limited Duration Premium Residency, and Unlimited Duration Premium Residency. These residencies provide holders with numerous benefits, including the right to conduct business, reside in Saudi Arabia with their families, own property, travel to and from the Kingdom without a visa, and invite relatives to the country, alongside benefits facilitated through partnerships with government entities.
