ZATCA Wins Best Contact Center Award for Third Consecutive Year

Athens: The Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) has been awarded the Best Contact Center Award for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa 2025 for the third consecutive year.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the recognition was announced during the annual Contact Center World Conference held in Athens, Greece, an event that honors organizations in customer service excellence.

ZATCA also received the Gold Award in the Best Outbound Campaigns category at the global level, making it the only organization in the Middle East and North Africa region to earn this recognition.

The award highlights ZATCA’s success in applying quality standards to deliver efficient services to beneficiaries across three areas: outreach campaigns, government contact centers, and customer service.
