ZATCA Concludes Participation in Fifth Hajj Conference and Exhibition

Jeddah: The Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) concluded its participation in the fifth edition of the Hajj Conference and Exhibition, held under the theme ‘From Makkah to the World,’ organized by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah in partnership with the Pilgrim Experience Program. The event took place in Jeddah.

According to Saudi Press Agency, through its pavilion at the exhibition, ZATCA highlighted its role in several initiatives and services it provides to serve pilgrims and Umrah performers. Among these initiatives is the ‘Hajj Without Luggage’ initiative, which the authority is implementing in cooperation and coordination with the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah.

The ‘Hajj Without Luggage’ initiative aims to save pilgrims and Umrah performers time and effort by simplifying customs procedures upon their arrival in the Kingdom. This effort contributes to improving the quality of services provided, enhancing comfort, and achieving the highest safety standards for the attendees.

ZATCA’s participation in the conference and exhibition underscores its commitment to strengthening communication with stakeholders at events, exhibitions, and conferences specialized in zakat, tax, and customs.
