Riyadh: Zain KSA launched its Artificial Intelligence Center of Excellence (AI CoE), a strategic initiative aimed at integrating AI technologies into its operations and expanding AI-powered solutions across the Kingdom.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the launch marks a pivotal step in Zain KSA's shift toward an AI-driven operating model, coinciding with the declaration of 2026 as the "Year of Artificial Intelligence," and aligns with Zain Group's broader 4WARD - Progress with Purpose strategy, leveraging shared platforms, partnerships, and accumulated expertise.

The AI CoE will serve three integrated roles: enabling AI integration within the company's operations to enhance decision-making and performance; providing scalable solutions for government and private sectors; and coordinating global partners, technology platforms, and local stakeholders for effective implementation-advancing Saudi Vision 2030's digital economy objectives.
