World Travel & Tourism Summit kicks off in Riyadh with unprecedented international attendance

Riyadh-- The 22nd World Travel and Tourism Council Global Summit (WTTC) kicked off today in Riyadh under the slogan "Travel for a Better Future".

The global summit is one of the most influential travel and tourism events throughout the year. The event is held with the participation of around 3,000 people, including world tourism experts from the public and private sectors, as well as the participation of many leaders and inspiring women in the humanitarian, public, and business fields from different countries.

Minister of Tourism, Ahmed bin Aqil Al-Khateeb, said in a statement: “We are proud to host the 22nd World Travel & Tourism Council Global Summit (WTTC) in Riyadh, as this summit draws a road map for a sustainable and innovative future in which the public and private sectors participate, in the presence of a large number of ministers and prominent CEOs".
