Weather Forecast Predicts Light Rain and Gusty Winds in Several Regions of Saudi Arabia

Riyadh: Light rain is expected to fall in parts of Al-Jouf, Northern Borders, Eastern, and Riyadh regions, as reported by the National Center for Meteorology. These areas, along with parts of Tabuk, Madinah, and Makkah regions, will also experience dust-stirring winds.

According to Saudi Press Agency, gusty winds are anticipated in Najran, Jazan, Aseer, and Al-Baha regions, where rain may also occur. Additionally, a drop in temperatures is expected in the northern parts of the Kingdom.

The Red Sea will see northwesterly to northerly winds reaching speeds of 25-50 km/h in the northern and central parts, and 15-35 km/h in the southern part. Wave heights are forecasted to vary from half a meter to three meters, resulting in a calm to choppy sea state.

In the Arabian Gulf, winds will be northeasterly to northwesterly at speeds of 15-45 km/h. Waves are expected to range from half a meter to over two meters, contributing to a calm to choppy sea condition.
