Riyadh: The National Center for Meteorology has forecast continued high temperatures in parts of the Tabuk, Madinah, and Makkah regions. Active dusty winds are expected to persist over parts of those regions, as well as the Eastern Region, Riyadh, and Najran, extending to the eastern parts of the southwestern highlands.
According to Saudi Press Agency, winds over the Red Sea will be northeasterly to northwesterly at speeds of 15-34 km/h in the northern and central parts, and southwesterly to southeasterly at speeds of 15-30 km/h in the southern part. Wave heights will range from half a meter to one and a half meters, with the sea expected to be light to moderate.
In the Arabian Gulf, winds will be northwesterly at speeds of 28-45 km/h. Wave heights will range from one and a half to two and a half meters, with the sea expected to be moderate to rough.
