WAMY: Saudi Arabia Combats Poverty Through Vision Focused on Human, Societal Advancement

The World Assembly of Muslim Youth (WAMY) today marked the October 17 International Day for the Eradication of Poverty by praising the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s efforts in eradicating poverty and hunger and striving to provide a dignified life for people in various aspects of life.

The WAMY valued the Kingdom’s support for sustainable development projects, as well as charitable and humanitarian efforts aimed at combating all forms of poverty, in line with the Saudi Vision 2030 and its goals, which focus on advancing individuals and society.

The WAMY also highlighted its humanitarian and charitable programs launched from the Kingdom that are aimed at eradicating poverty, preparing youth for the job market, and promoting sustainable development projects that ensure a stable future for them.

These programs, it added, leave a significant impact in various development fields, particularly in the health and education sectors.
