Riyadh: The World Assembly of Muslim Youth (WAMY) expressed its appreciation for the patronage of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud of the 46th King Abdulaziz International Competition for Memorizing, Reciting, and Interpreting the Holy Quran.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the competition features 334 participants from 133 countries, with total prize money exceeding SAR10 million. For the first time, the competition includes a dedicated women's section.
WAMY reaffirmed its commitment to serving the Holy Quran by supporting memorization circles and recitation programs, training teachers, providing copies of the Quran, and organizing competitions and programs that encourage young people worldwide to memorize the Holy Quran.
