WAMY Commends Saudi Arabia’s Efforts to Develop Healthcare Ecosystem on World Patient Safety Day

Riyadh: The World Assembly of Muslim Youth (WAMY) commended Saudi Arabia's efforts to enhance the quality of medical services and patient safety, contributing to improved health and quality of life.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the statement was issued on the occasion of World Patient Safety Day, observed annually on September 17 and held this year under the theme "Safe Care for Life." WAMY stressed that patient safety and healthcare quality are fundamental pillars of humanitarian work.

The organization highlighted its medical and surgical caravans and health programs in several countries, which provide examinations, diagnoses, surgical procedures, medicines, and treatments to people in need. The initiatives also deliver medical services to communities and groups with the greatest need for care.
