Riyadh: The Prime Minister of Vietnam, Pham Minh Chinh, recently held a meeting with Sultan Al-Marshad, the CEO of the Saudi Fund for Development (SFD), at his residence in Riyadh. The discussions primarily focused on enhancing support for key sectors within Vietnam.
According to Saudi Press Agency, Vietnam has been a significant beneficiary of the SFD’s initiatives in Asia since 2011. The collaboration has led to the financing of 12 development projects and programs across various sectors, including transportation, communications, and social infrastructure. These projects have been made possible through loans exceeding USD $164 million, which have significantly contributed to social growth, economic prosperity, and sustainable development within the country.
