Riyadh: Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs Waleed Elkhereiji received here today newly appointed Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Nigeria to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Dr. Yakubu N. Gambo. He welcomed the ambassador, wishing him success in his new duties.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the meeting marked Dr. Yakubu N. Gambo's official start as Nigeria's ambassador to Saudi Arabia. The discussions during the meeting focused on strengthening bilateral relations between the two countries and exploring areas of mutual interest and cooperation.
