Riyadh: Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs Waleed Elkhereiji received a phone call yesterday from UK Minister of State Stephen Doughty, responsible for the Middle East and North Africa, Afghanistan and Pakistan. At the outset of the call, Elkhereiji congratulated Doughty on his appointment and wished him success in carrying out his duties.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the two sides discussed bilateral relations and topics of mutual interest.
