Riyadh:Uzbekistan has expressed strong condemnation of the Houthi attack on King Khalid International Airport.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the Uzbek Ministry of Foreign Affairs released a statement on Sunday, emphasizing that assaults on civilians and civilian infrastructure represent a serious breach of international law and must be halted immediately. The ministry highlighted the importance of safeguarding civilian lives and critical infrastructure.
Uzbekistan reaffirmed its steadfast support for Saudi Arabia's sovereignty, territorial integrity, and security, expressing solidarity with the Kingdom. It also conveyed condolences to the families of the victims and wished those injured a swift recovery, underscoring its commitment to regional peace, stability, and security.
