Usyk, Fury to Face off Once Again at Kingdom Arena

Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Saudi General Entertainment Authority Advisor Turki Alalshikh has announced one of the most anticipated boxing events of the year, in which Ukrainian Oleksandr Usyk is set to face British Tyson Fury in the “Fury vs Usyk Reignited” bout on December 21 at the Kingdom Arena.

Fury seeks revenge after his defeat last May, while Usyk prepares to defend his heavyweight world title; he became the first four-belt undisputed heavyweight champion of the world in 25 years.

The much-anticipated match is expected to be watched by millions worldwide, as Fury aims to make a powerful comeback and cement his place in history as one of Britain’s greatest boxers, while Usyk looks to maintain his status as the undisputed champion. Usyk’s previous win by split decision has heightened the excitement for this decisive showdown.

In addition to the main event, Alalshikh announced a series of thrilling matches that will light up the arena that night. Leading these will be the fight between
Ukrainian Serhii Bohachuk, who boasts a record of 24 wins (23 by knockout), and Uzbekistan’s Israil Madrimov, who has 10 victories (seven by knockout), in what promises to be one of the evening’s most intense bouts.

The fans will also witness a powerful clash between undefeated Johnny Fisher, with 12 wins (11 by knockout), and the experienced David Allen, who has 31 fights under his belt, as they both strive for dominance and advancement toward major titles.

Boxing fans are eagerly awaiting an exciting face-off between Dennis McCann and Peter McGrail, with the former seeking to extend his record to 16 wins, and the latter aiming for his 11th victory.

Another fight drawing attention will be the showdown between Isaac Lowe and Lee McGregor; Lowe brings vast experience, with 30 fights, while McGregor has an impressive record of 14 wins, including 11 by knockout.

Also, rising talent Moses Itauma will take on Australian champion Demsey McKean in a heavyweight bout.
