Medina: President of Religious Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque Sheikh Dr. Abdulrahman Al-Sudais inaugurated today a unified cloud contact center at the Presidency of Religious Affairs at the Prophet’s Mosque.

According to Saudi Press Agency, Sheikh Al-Sudais emphasized that the launch of the service marks a continuation of the presidency’s efforts to keep pace with technological advancements and achieve institutional excellence. He noted that the cloud center represents a major leap in communication mechanisms and the comprehensive services provided by the presidency.

The center offers a toll-free number (8001111935) to respond to visitors’ inquiries related to rituals and acts of worship, thereby enriching their religious experience at the Prophet’s Mosque.
