Umm Al-Qura University Hosts Turkmen Delegation to Explore Academic Cooperation

Riyadh: President of Umm Al-Qura University Dr. Moaddi Aal Madh-hab received a delegation from Turkmenistan led by Advisor to the President of Turkmenistan for Religious Affairs Sheikh Yalkap Hojagulyyev, accompanied by the Turkmen ambassador to Saudi Arabia. The visit aimed to discuss potential academic collaborations between the two nations.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the discussions focused on enhancing cooperation in fields such as Islamic studies, Arabic language education, and Islamic sciences. There was also a strong emphasis on expanding knowledge partnerships between educational and cultural institutions in both countries.

The visit underscores Umm Al-Qura University's ongoing efforts to strengthen its international scientific presence and foster collaboration with global institutions, reflecting its commitment to academic excellence and cultural exchange.
